We are open Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Universal Excavations offers full satisfaction guarantees. We do our best to make sure our customers expectations are met and exceeded. We complete site walk arounds before the end of each job to ensure we hand you back a site that you are satisfied with. If you aren't, we'll make sure we do our best to make it right.

Yes, we are insured and hold multiple business licenses in different municipalities throughout BC.

How much does it cost to demolish a house?
The cost to demolish can vary widely and depends on the size of the structure, the location of the property, site characteristics, project scope and more. Do I need permits to excavate a foundation?
No, you don't need permits to dig a foundation. However, if your excavation is taking place in areas with trees, slopes, or is close to existing structures you will need to speak to professional such as Engineers, Arborists, Ornithologist etc. It's best to get expert advice when encountering situations you are experienced in.
